Dalla Cia renews its Swedish presence with Biber Beverage

Biber Beverage is giving Dalla Cia a renewed presence in Sweden with Giorgio 2019 and Pinot Noir 2019, available through Systembolaget’s order assortment. The two wines introduce Swedish customers to different sides of the Stellenbosch producer’s range: a red blend bearing Giorgio Dalla Cia’s name and a single-varietal Pinot Noir.

Dalla Cia combines Italian family roots with South African winemaking. Built by father and son Giorgio and George Dalla Cia, the business produces both wine and grappa in Stellenbosch. Giorgio’s career includes his work as the winemaker behind Meerlust’s Rubicon, one of South Africa’s best-known red wines.

With the two 2019 wines, Biber is bringing that family story back into focus in Sweden. The order assortment gives customers access to both releases through Systembolaget, with Biber responsible for their Swedish import and distribution.
