Biber introduces Schladerer fruit spirits to Sweden

Biber Beverage is introducing Schladerer Williams Birne and Kirschwasser to Sweden through Systembolaget’s order assortment. The two fruit spirits bring a specialist Black Forest distillery to Swedish customers, with pear and cherry expressions at the centre of the launch.

Founded in 1844 in Staufen, Schladerer has remained a family distillery for six generations. Its work centres on fruit distillation, with the character of the raw material carried through into the finished spirit. Williams Birne is made from Williams pears, while Kirschwasser draws on the Black Forest’s tradition of cherry spirits.

Biber will handle the distillery’s Swedish representation and availability, adding an established German specialist to its spirits portfolio.
