Product requirements
- AOP Bordeaux, 2025 or 2026; at least 60% Merlot and 5% Malbec. Other grapes permitted; sugar max 5 g/l.
- Fruit-driven red with balanced oak; barrels, staves or chips permitted.
- EU organic, Vignerons Engagés or Terra Vitis certification; certificate within 3 days of winning and certification shown on packaging.
- Winner must report PCF values by the launch-sample deadline.
- Bordeaux estate named as producer; one product per producer. Completed Guarantee of Supply required.
