Product requirements
- 2026; 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a geographical indication.
- 72,000 litres required; 24,000 litres of 2026 may be offered if at least 48,000 litres of 2027 will be available.
- Fresh, aromatic, varietally typical white with gooseberry, passion fruit, stone fruit, herbs and citrus.
- EU organic certification and/or Fairtrade or IMO Fair for Life certification; relevant certification shown on packaging.
- One product per producer.
