This request concerns USA · CCSW-certified California Merlot in Bag-in-Box. A matching origin or category is only the first step: the complete official specification, sensory requirements, packaging conditions, documentation, supply and commercial terms must also align.
Product requirements
- California or an underlying AVA, 2025; at least 85% Merlot. Other permitted grapes: Petite Sirah, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Generously fruity red with dark cherry, plum, blackberry, chocolate and spice; oak contact required, including barrels, staves or chips.
- CCSW certification required for producer and any subcontractors; certificate within 3 days of winning and certification shown on packaging.
- Winner must report PCF values by the launch-sample deadline.
- Producer must be an estate in the offered origin; one product per producer. Completed Guarantee of Supply required.
