What this opportunity is looking for
This request concerns EU mango or pineapple shot liqueur. A matching origin or category is only the first step: the complete official specification, sensory requirements, packaging conditions, documentation, supply and commercial terms must also align.
Product requirements
- Minimum 15% ABV and minimum 300 g/l sugar.
- Distinctly coloured, full-bodied, sweet and very fresh liqueur with a clear mango and/or pineapple flavour.
- Front label must identify the liqueur as a 'shot' and state its flavour.
- PCF values must be reported by the date the product is required to be orderable; maximum one product per producer.
