This request concerns EU elderflower liqueur in PET. A matching origin or category is only the first step: the complete official specification, sensory requirements, packaging conditions, documentation, supply and commercial terms must also align.
Product requirements
- Minimum 15% ABV; full-bodied, aromatic, sweet and fresh liqueur with a clear elderflower flavour.
- Front label must identify elderflower liqueur in English or Swedish together with 'hugo' and/or 'aperitivo'.
- PCF values must be reported by the date the product is required to be orderable; maximum one product per producer.
