Product requirements
- Republic of Moldova or any PGI/PDO; non-vintage or any vintage and any grape composition. Sugar max 12 g/l.
- Second fermentation in tank and at least 60 days on lees; fruit, white flowers and lees-derived notes.
- Label must be intended for the Western European market.
- Winner must report PCF values by the launch-sample deadline.
- One product per producer; tender samples: 3 × 750 ml bottles when requested.
