Product requirements
- 2026 Prosecco DOC Spumante Rosato; sugar max 12 g/l.
- Youthful, fruity sparkling rosé with red berries, peach and citrus.
- EU organic certification AND either Equalitas Wine or VIVA Wine required; both certifications shown on packaging.
- Organic producer certificate within 3 days of winning; winner must report PCF values by the launch-sample deadline.
- One product per producer; tender samples: 3 × 750 ml bottles when requested.
