Colombo Medium Dry returns to Systembolaget’s permanent assortment

Colombo Medium Dry Madeira returns to Systembolaget’s permanent assortment today. Imported and distributed by Biber Beverage, the wine moves from the order assortment to a regular place in Systembolaget’s range.

Colombo is produced by Justino’s, whose history on Madeira dates to 1870. The producer works across the island’s fortified wine styles, combining a long winemaking tradition with a range of different ages and expressions. Colombo Medium Dry offers an introduction to that tradition through a medium-dry style of Madeira.

Biber took over Colombo’s Swedish import and distribution in April. The assortment change is a further milestone for the wine’s presence in Sweden, with Biber responsible for supplying the market and working with the producer on the ongoing business. Availability in individual stores will depend on local stocking.
